Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your indoor plant purchase, please contact us within 7 days of purchase to discuss a return or exchange.
Due to the nature of live plants, returns are accepted only if the plant arrives damaged or is significantly different from what was described. We carefully inspect all plants before they leave our shop to ensure quality.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Returned within 7 days of purchase
- In the same condition as received
- In the original container or pot if applicable
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Plants that show signs of damage from improper care after purchase, or plants that have been repotted or significantly altered, may not be eligible for return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned plant, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Refunds will not include shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged item).
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, please contact us first. We will work with you to find a suitable replacement. Exchanges are subject to availability and must be made within 7 days of purchase.
Australian Consumer Law
Our return policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
How to Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@wristenergy.world or call us at +61 3 9690 4579. Please provide your order details and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.
For in-store purchases, you may return items directly to our shop at 186 York St, South Melbourne VIC 3205, Australia during business hours.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival:
- Plants that have been repotted or significantly altered
- Plants showing signs of damage from improper care after purchase
- Custom or personalized items
- Items returned more than 7 days after purchase
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Consumer Guarantees
Under Australian Consumer Law, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
A "major failure" includes when the goods are unsafe, significantly different from the description, or unfit for their intended purpose.
